Chose Order Form:
Please chose an appropriate Order Form to complete your order as we have three warehouses: Los Angeles Headquarter, Chicago Warehouse, and Seattle Warehouse.

For Chicago and Seattle customers:
All items on OrderForm that item # is preceeded with an "." are stored in Chicago Warehouse, and item # with "_" are stored in Seattle Warehouse, which must be ordered by box.
While items # without "." nor "_" are stored in california Warehouse, which are ordered by piece, and they are shipped in container by rail to save shipping cost.
Items can be shipped from California directly to you upon your request, but shipping fees are your responsibility.

Impex Order:
If you want Apollo to ship Impex product (or other third party product) together with your Apollo order, you must fill out the date that Impex-order you placed and the estimated number of pallets.

Total Weight:
"Grand Total Weight" will show on the bottom of the Order-page that tells you the approximate net weight of your order.

For your record:
After you submit your order, you will immediately see an order summary on the screen. You may save and print this page and keep it for your records.
